Fil di Fumo is surrounded by our olive grove. We hand harvest our olive trees early in autumn to obtain an extra-virgin and organic Olive Oil that contains all the taste, smells, flavours and colours of our land. We harvest the big Olive Ascolane to produce the finest and lightest of extra vergin oils, or we cook the olives into the famous ‘Olive Fritte Ascolane’
